L.O.S.S. Offers Support After Death of a Partner

Support Group Series Coming to Central Wisconsin Locations

Submitted to EXPLORE – Death ends a life, but not a relationship. Participants in the Death of a Partner Support Group (L.O.S.S.) realize that while life has changed dramatically, the survivor can still live a life with contentment.

This popular series will be offered in Marshfield, Plover, Wausau and Wisconsin Rapids. This group will offer information and support for individuals to cope with the multitude of feelings, adjustments, and day-to-day concerns experienced after the death of a spouse, partner or companion. There is no cost to participate, but re-registration is required.

The Plover group, will meet Thursdays, October 12 – November 16, 10 a.m. – Noon at Ministry Home Care (1840 Post Road, Suite 5).

The Wausau group will meet Thursdays, October 12 – November 16, 2 – 4 p.m. at Ministry Home Care (2600 Stewart Avenue, Suite 160).

The Marshfield group will meet Fridays, October 13 – November 17, 10 a.m. – Noon at Ministry Home Care (303 West Upham Street, Suite 200).

The Wisconsin Rapids group will meet Fridays, October 13 – November 17, 2 – 4 p.m. at McMillan Memorial Library (490 E. Grand Avenue).
